Shipping Details
Regions: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Processing and Build Time: Please allow 2-3 days for the processing and preparation of your order. Each Fusion Frame is carefully crafted to meet our high-quality standards.
Shipping Costs and Delivery: We ship your Fusion Frame via FedEx for a flat rate of $7.00. After processing, delivery is typically within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Returns and Exchanges
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our Fusion Frames. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your Fusion Frame for a different model or color, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase. Please ensure that the case is in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange (if applicable).
- Follow the instructions provided by our team to send back your product.
Maintenance and Care:
- Cleaning the Exterior: The exterior of your case can be cleaned with dish soap and water. You can scrub the outside surface gently to remove dirt and grime. For best results, we recommend cleaning it once a week. Alcohol wipes also work well for quick clean-ups.
- Cleaning the Interior: The inside of the case has a rubberized coating that can peel off if scrubbed. If the interior gets dirty, we recommend placing the case in a bowl of soapy water and letting it sit for 15-20 minutes. Then simply rinse it out without scrubbing to avoid damaging the protective rubber coating.
